That crazy woman that plundered the Voortrekker monument also called a mayor in some places has to pay up according to the court ruling. The mayor and the municipality must pay up, I wonder if that is the tax payer's money that will be used to fix what she broke.

anyway, this is a great outcome and a warning for all crazy Voortrekker plunderers everywhere.
