IEC website still broken

A few weeks ago there were reports that someone was going to sue the IEC because they only let Internet Explorer in, the rest of the browsers including all open source browsers does not work. Well the problem still remains, you can go to the site but if you are using another browser than internet explorer you will have a hard time and only get a error.
